1. Shipping Locations
- We currently ship across India.
- Delivery availability may vary for remote or restricted areas.
- If service is unavailable for your location, we will inform you and process a refund.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery Timeline
- Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days depending on location.
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Non-metro / remote areas: 5–7 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
- We may offer free shipping on selected products or promotional offers.
5. Packaging Standards
- Plants are securely packed using protective packaging material.
- Minor soil displacement during transit is normal and does not qualify as damage.
6. Delivery Attempts
- Courier partners will attempt delivery at the provided address.
- If the customer is unavailable:
- Courier may reattempt delivery.
- Additional charges may apply in case of re-shipment.
Incorrect address or phone number may lead to failed delivery and refund may not be applicable.
7. Risk & Ownership
- Ownership and risk transfer to the customer upon successful delivery.
- Customers are advised to inspect the package at the time of delivery.
8. Damaged During Transit
If product is damaged:
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery

Resolution will be provided as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
