Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Technopara, we aim to deliver healthy and high-quality plants. Due to the perishable nature of plants, refunds and cancellations are subject to the terms below.

1. Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • If cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

After Dispatch

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

2. Returns & Replacements

Since plants are perishable and sensitive items:

  • We do not accept general returns.
  • Returns are only applicable in case of:
    • Damaged product during transit
    • Wrong product delivered

3. Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

    • Order ID
    • Clear photos/videos of product and packaging

If approved after verification:

  • We will provide replacement (preferred resolution), OR
  • Refund to original payment method if replacement is unavailable.

Refund processing time: 5–7 business days after approval.

4. Non-Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds/replacements will not be provided for:

  • Minor soil spillage during transit
  • Slight variation in plant size, color, or shape
  • Damage due to improper handling after delivery
  • Delay caused by courier beyond our control

Plants are natural products and slight variations are normal.

5. Failed Delivery / Wrong Address

  • If incorrect address or phone number is provided, refund may not be processed.
  • In case of re-shipment request, additional shipping charges may apply.

6. Refund Mode

  • Refunds will only be processed to the original payment method.
  • We do not provide cash refunds.
